Indian indices opened on flat note on April 20 on the back of mixed global cues.The Sensex was up 26.97 points or 0.05 percent at 59,594.77, and the Nifty was down 0.60 points or flat at 17,618.20. About 1170 shares advanced, 588 shares declined, and 100 shares unchanged.
